At Steckah, we strive to deliver premium AI-generated die-cut sticker packs. Because our platform relies on advanced generative AI models that incur significant computational costs upon execution, we maintain a specific refund policy outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable AI Generations
Due to the intensive computational resources required for AI generation (such as processing image prompts, refining character anatomy, and rendering ultra-high-res 4K sticker packs), refunds are not provided once credits have been used to initiate or unlock a sticker pack. Once the AI processing begins, the computational expenditure is irreversible.
2. Unused Credit Purchases
If you purchased a credit pack by mistake and have not used any credits from that specific purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date. Submit a bug report to request a refund.
3. Subscription Plan Cancellations
- You can cancel your Hobbyist or Professional subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Your plan benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for unused days within an active monthly subscription period.
⚡ Technical Errors & Failed Generations
Your satisfaction and trust are important to us. If you encounter a system glitch, network failure, or technical bug where credits were deducted but your sticker pack failed to generate or deliver correctly, please reach out to us immediately. Our support team will inspect the system logs and gladly issue a manual credit reimbursement or refund where appropriate.

- The email address associated with your Steckah account.
- Your transaction ID or invoice number.
- A brief description of the technical issue or reason for the request.
