By using Steckah, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Service
Steckah provides AI-powered tools for sticker generation. You are responsible for the content you generate and must not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes.
2. Credits and Payments
- Payments are processed securely via Paddle.
- Credits purchased are non-refundable once they have been used to generate or unlock stickers.
- Subscription plans (Hobbyist/Professional) grant specific monthly limits as described on the pricing page.
3. Limitation of Liability
AI can be unpredictable. Steckah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any artistic choices made by the AI or for any data loss occurring on our platform.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the prompts and images you provide. You are granted full commercial rights to use the stickers you generate on Steckah.
5. Refunds
Due to the computational resources required for AI generation, refunds are not provided once credits have been used. If you encounter technical errors or discrepancies, please contact support at support@steckah.com. For complete details, please review our dedicated Refund Policy.
